TERMS OF USE

1. Publisher and contact
Kandimo is published by FamilHi under the 4T Studio trade name, 3 rue de La Bruyère, 30133 Les Angles, France. Contact: contact@4t-studio.com — +33 6 40 95 81 15.
2. Adult user
Kandimo is intended for people aged 18 or over. The account holder personally uses the service to transform and organise their family’s creations. Artists are optional labels managed by the adult to organise creations and their progress; they are not accounts or sessions intended for minors.
3. Account
Users provide accurate information, protect their sign-in methods and are responsible for activity performed through their account. They must promptly tell 4T Studio about unauthorised access.
4. Creative service
Kandimo can be used to draw, import an image, provide an idea, choose a style and request an artificial-intelligence transformation. Results may vary, contain errors or differ from the request. Continuous availability and a specific result are not guaranteed.
5. Content submitted to Kandimo
Users keep their rights in submitted content and confirm that they have the necessary permissions. They allow processing to provide, secure and improve Kandimo under the Privacy Policy. Illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or terrorist content, infringement of others’ rights and attempts to bypass safeguards are prohibited.
6. Credits, purchases and subscriptions
Some features may require credits, a purchase or a subscription. Prices and terms are shown before confirmation. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds follow the rules of the App Store or Google Play used for the purchase. Virtual credits have no monetary value outside Kandimo.
7. Intellectual property
Kandimo, its interface, brand, copy, illustrations and technical components remain protected. No right is granted beyond personal use of the service under these Terms.
8. Suspension and deletion
4T Studio may restrict or suspend an account in cases of fraud, security risk, illegal use or serious breach. Users may request account deletion from Kandimo or the dedicated public page.
9. Liability
Kandimo is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, 4T Studio is not liable for indirect loss, unavailability beyond its control or use of a result without appropriate review. Mandatory statutory warranties remain unaffected.
10. Personal data
The Privacy Policy describes processing, providers, retention periods and user rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
The version shown when an account is created is recorded. New acceptance will be requested when a change requires it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Please contact contact@4t-studio.com first in the event of a dispute.
